Invisible String

This work was a recreation of a previous painting I had made titled “Interlinked”.I felt this idea deserved to be in multiple mediums therefore I wanted to remake it in charcoal and granite. Strangely, despite the design and appearance being very similar, the meaning and emotions I feel for the two works are very different. This recreation took place almost one year ago to the day. I find it fascinating just how different the same concept can become.
