I grew up in a small town in Illinois outside of Chicago with my mother, father as well as my sister and brother. I have always lived and loved the creative lifestyle. From the moment I could pick myself up off the ground I was looking for ways to make my mark on the world around me. My parents supported my artistic journey tremendously and still do to this day. I put myself into every art class and extracurricular I could enroll in and when it was time for me to go to college I knew I couldn't go for anything other than Fine Arts, and that's exactly what I did. I committed to the University of Tennessee and spent almost all my days and nights in the studio creating. I even turned my dorm into my personal art studio. There wasn't a medium I didn't want to learn so I tried it all.From ceramics, sculpture, painting, and drawing to Wood working, Welding and Metal. I even tried out some Digital Fabrications such as sound and time based art and Animation.

Throughout my college experience I most closely bonded with Ceramics and Sculpture as I found it was the medium that I was able to best express my ideas through. I am learning and loving to express myself through a range of mediums and wake up everyday excited to learn and grow not only as an artist but as a person.
